Please read these booking Terms and Conditions carefully, they form an important part of the contract for your travel arrangements.

All programmes advertised in our marketing materials and on our website are operated by ChillinChilli, a travel brand owned by Comedus International Co., Ltd., a registered business in Thailand with company number 0105556065313 and with its registered office at 10/97 The Trendy Office Building, 6th fl., Soi Sukhumvit 13, Khlong Toei Nua, Wattana, Bangkok, Thailand.

All travel arrangements are sold subject to the following conditions (“Booking Conditions”):

This may seem like the boring part of this website but please read these Booking Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before booking any products on chillinchilli.com (“the Site”) operated by Comedus International Co., Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions any travel products bought on chillinchilli.com

By purchasing this ticket, participants agree to all terms and conditions:

Prices

All prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmation voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

Availability

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received and confirmation voucher has been sent.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Payment is required 30 days before departure for multiple days tours.

Cancellations

(Involuntary) On the rare occasions when we, ChillinChilli, must cancel a trip, all payments received to date will be 100% refunded, which constitutes full settlement. There will be absolutely no deductions.

(Voluntary) If you, the client, must cancel your reservation, ChillinChilli must be notified by email and your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following formula:

More than 7 days before departure, 10% of your payment
2 to 6 days before departure, loss of 50% of your payment
From 48 hours before the tour starts, loss of all payments made.
Turning up late to the starting point of the tour for whatever reason is considered a late cancellation and will result in a loss of all payments made.

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. For existing bookings the Terms and Conditions will be governed by the version at the time of booking.
