Chao Samphraya National Museum

Admire the most important objects here including the Buddha relics found inside the crypt of Wat Mahathat and other golden treasures like the golden sword, the golden headgear (hat), the miniature royal regalia, golden sculptures, and more.

Wat Mahathat

One of the oldest and most significant temples in the history of Ayutthaya as it housed the Buddha's holy relic.

Wat Sri Samphet

The temple was for a long time considered to be the spiritual centre of Thailand. Situated within the Royal palace grounds, the temple is the royal monastery and is a model of the royal temple of the Emerald Buddha or Wat Phra Kaew in Bangkok.

Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon

The Monastery of Auspicious Victory with its very large imposing prang dominating the area, an active temple; monks live in kuti on the grounds.

Comfortable shoes are recommended. Dress standards are conservative throughout Asia, especially outside major cities. To respect this and for your own comfort, we strongly recommend modest clothing, especially when visiting temples. This means clothing that covers your shoulders and knees. Loose, lightweight, long clothing is both respectful and cool in the predominantly hot Asian climate.

Should you (the client) choose to cancel a booking, Chillin Chilli must be notified by email. The following cancellation fees apply for this tour:

More than 7 days before departure, 10% of your payment
2 to 6 days before departure, loss of 50% of your payment
From 48 hours before the tour starts, loss of all payments made
Turning up late at the starting point of the tour for whatever reason is considered a late cancellation and will result in a loss of all payments made.
