Tour operator intern English speaking

Brand: Chillin Chilli
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

In this position, you will have an overview of the inbound industry which focus on Inbound market, what Inbound travelers expect from us and how can we provide them an unforgettable experience in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Support Tour Operator in creating outlines and Travel itineraries.
• Help to reconfirm bookings with/for agents.
• Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels and deliver optimal service to clients on the ground.
• Support Team in update data into Tourplan software.
• Support Tour Operator in communicating and arranging Tour guide.
• Other tasks will be assigned by line Manager.

Qualifications

• Thai nationality
• 4th-year student studying in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or other related fields

Skills

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Has a professional mindset and a passion for travel and his/her work.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office; Travel related software).
• Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team
